When planning a funeral, you can use a form to help you plan the arrangements and costs. Using this form does not commit you to anything.

The form can also be used as a preliminary order, in which case it is a good idea to fill in the deceased’s and the orderer’s details carefully. This will enable us to contact you and fill in any missing information. The final order will always be confirmed by separate contact.
