We assist you with all matters related to funerals and funeral arrangements.
Funeral arrangements always include a coffin, coffin transportation, and possibly an urn. Additionally, we charge 55€ for document services. The parish union invoices for the burial and related additional costs.
Depending on the burial method, an urn and burial site for the urn or ashes in a memorial grove or at sea may be required.
A church or chapel is always required for the blessing ceremony. We handle venue reservations and communication with the parish on your behalf. Farewell ceremonies for those not affiliated with the church are held in the Helsinki metropolitan area, for example, in the chapels of the Hietaniemi Crematorium Foundation. In a farewell ceremony, instead of a pastor, the ceremony is led by a speaker who can be from among the family members or arranged through us. We also arrange photographers, memorial programs, pallbearers, and flowers.
Memorial gatherings are often held in parish facilities connected to the church or in other venues. We handle venue reservations and necessary catering services, and also arrange transportation for attendees if needed.
We provide estate inventory and legal services in collaboration with Laki Help. Consultation can take place by phone, online, or at a location that suits you best.
The price for the first coffin transportation in the Helsinki metropolitan area is 280€. Most often, the transportation is from the deceased’s location to the blessing or burial site. The price includes placing the deceased in the coffin, dressing, and transportation. Transportation outside the Helsinki metropolitan area is priced on a case-by-case basis.
Through us, you can arrange pallbearers (€100/pallbearer). A minimum of six pallbearers is required.
Estate inventory services begin at 870€.
